Separate written agreement
Any engagement requires an agreed written proposal defining deliverables, pricing, taxes, payment terms, support, hosting, ownership, access, data handling and any third-party services. Sending an enquiry does not create a service contract or book an appointment.
Illustrations and the private pilot
Interactive job records, names, amounts and dates are fictional illustrations. The Kinnaird Garage Doors reference is a private pilot, not a representation that a public commercial launch has completed. This site provides no access to its system or records.
Workflow limits
The reference workflow records offline deposits. It does not process payments, verify transfers, provide accounting or guarantee payment collection. Estimates, customer commitments, deposit records and appointment details require the responsible business’s review.

Features, integrations, support and availability depend on the agreed scope. This website does not promise business results, uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every tool.

Ajax Web AI retains rights in its original website materials. Third-party materials remain subject to their respective rights. Rights in customer deliverables and any reusable components are addressed in the relevant service agreement.
